Simhapuri Simham is the movie about how wealthy people exploit poor people. Megastar Chiranjeevi had played a dual role in this movie. Rajasekhar (Chiranjeevi) and Sitarama Swami (Maruti Rao) are brothers. But Sitarama Swami is a cruel man who exploits poeple for his selfishness. He had also killed Rajasekhar's wife Radhika and his two little daughters. When Vijay (Chiranjeevi), Rajasekhar's son, comes back to his village after completing his studies, Sitarama Swami spreads all the negative rumours about Rajasekhar and creates hatred in Vijay's heart so that he can use son to kill the father. But Vijay comes to know all the truth and he starts admiring his father. During his last minute Rajasekhar takes a promise from Vijay to save his people from Sitarama Swami. Did Vijay fulfill his promise forms the rest of the story.
