Madam is the Story of Prasad who is Mimicry artist. Sudhakar’s mother Janaki is hospitized and she wants to see her bahu’s face. Prasad could not arrage a women who act as sudhakars lover. So Prasad himself make up as Sarojini and now sudhakar’s mother recovers from hospital. She appoints Sarojini as lecturer. Prasad/Sarojini falls in love with Soundarya. Janaki wants to get married Sarojini and Sudhakar soon. How Prasad get his love which forms the rest of the movie.
