The story revolves around Bhairava, a cop in the rank of an Inspector (promoted to ACP later on), with a specific objective to eradicate crime in his jurisdiction. In the course he sets off to an extent of defying his superior. He bears the entire accountability of changing the visage of the society through extermination of the offensive forces with an inimitable course of action. The goon turned industrialist turned politician warns Bhairava, of dire consequences for the former's brother is killed by the latter. Sindhu Tolani played her part well though a negligible one. Tanikella Bharani's character as a corrupted superior of Bhairava is depicted in the sloppiest mode and thus his talent is wasted.
