Movie Info

Ravindra (Rajesh) an erratic and restless young man hits on the head of another young man with a soda bottle. He and his friend Bhanu, an accomplice in this adventure, are on the run. They enter the same farmyard complex. Later a couple of thieves (Babumohan and LB Sriram) too get into the place avoiding their arrest. How Anu, already in house arrest, imposed on her by her father, reacts to these situations and how she finally falls in love with Ravindra and meets her father forms the rest of the story.

Nagubabu and Sridevi provide a lot of sentimental scenes of father-daughter relationship and the way Anu becomes a model to other students in undertaking social causes like collecting money for operations for heart ailments in children and so on are worthy to watch. Yet how can such a girl become the target of all the problems is the issue. Nagubabu gives a fine performance worth remembering. Surya plays the role of his younger brother and leaves a mark just with a couple of effective appearances on the screen. Sridevi may not look that graceful and glamorous that the audience are seeing these days, but her performance does make the difference in the histrionic line. Aryan Rajesh came a long way from that 'Hai' product. He is quite an engaging artiste and proves so in this film too. He can be good at humor if necessary and very strong in action scenes. Dharmavarapu, Tanikella, LB Sriram, Babumohan and Ali are enough to keep the humor tempo going well. Srilekha's tunes are quite melodious. And all the songs are well placed in situations. The theatres may record greater audience as the days roll by, of course with proper publicity.- ASLESHA
