The movie revolves around a village lad Rajendra Prasad who saves a Raja family from trouble which brings him up after his father sacrifices his life for the Raja Satyanarayana. So Raja brings up Prasad who grows up to be an intelligent illiterate with powers to heal wounds and treat diseases. Meanwhile the villain Gireesam enters the Raja house and mesmerises them to take charge of the family wealth and Gireesam hatches a plot and sends the hero away from the home after he gets married to the elder daughter of the Raja. The hero migrates to Hyderabad along with his wife and starts a small business and then becomes a millionaire with his talent. The ending is how the hero comes to the rescue of the Raja family from the clutches of the villain.
