ebin (Ashok Selvan) is a budding writer in search of a publisher for his maiden novel. He does not have a very cordial relationship with his father (Nasser). After Nasser passes away, Jebin finds himself in financial difficulties and is on the verge of losing all his property.
Unexpectedly, Jebin discovers that he is the owner of a posh Villa in Bheemili. He goes to Bheemili to take charge of the property and some good things happen as soon as he moves in. Jebin gives up all plans of selling the villa and decides to live there, much to the delight of his girlfriend Aarthi (Sanchita Shetty).
However, Jebin comes across a barricaded room in the villa that contains strange paintings. After that, evil things start happening around the house. People associated with the housestart getting affected.
