Akash (Deepak) falls in love with dharani (Archana) an orphan and works in a petrol bunk, after couple of misunderstandings and songs she agrees to marry him. But on the marriage day akash dumps her in the last movement saying that he just pretended his love to teach her a lesson. Then she meets sagar (another Deepak look a like) who rescues her from goons and changes for that. She thinks it is akash himself playing a trick.

Akash father comes to dharani and informs that actually akash is suffering with leukemia and that is the reason for dumping her in the last minute. Dharani again falls for akash. Akash informs that they require 10 laks for the treatment. After seeing sagar she thinks of a plan and starts a love act with sagar and then seeing his real love for her she starts to love sagar. She is torn in between akash love for her and her love towards sagar.

But finally she plans to kill sagar for the insurance money and with that money get treatment of akash. Knowing this akash sacrifices his life. Sagar and dharani gets united in the end.
