Bharath (Bala) and Shilpa (Sonia), after few pranks and songs, enter into a relationship. Shilpa gets pregnant and plans to elope with Bharath, because she is afraid of her Police Commissioner father.
Satyabhama, an orphan and a single woman, brings out a police and drug-mafia nexus. She gets married to Satyamurthy, finds a job in a Chit Fund Company and life is going happy for her. But when her chit fund company is closed, she is called for a police enquiry. It is here she discovers that her case has gone to the same police officer, whom she had earlier gotten suspended.
With all these things in the background, on a day when Shilpa plans to elope, she is kidnapped. Who kidnaps her and why? What is the relationship between these two couples and how does it affect all of them, is what happens in rest of the film.
