Illalu Priyurala is a family based movie in that Divya (Divya Vunni), only daughter of city Mayor, falls in love with Venu (Venu) , a lawyer. Mayor pulls out Venu from the love track by threatening Venu's mother (Jayasudha). Divya is married to Prakash Raj according to her father's wish.
