Karthik (Udaykiran) who is always chided by his father (Chalapati Rao) for being irresponsible, attempts suicide. But he is saved by Bhakta (Antony) and his gang. As Karthik had decided to die, Bhakta strikes a deal with him to die whenever he demands and in return, agrees to pay as much money as Karthik wants. He gives Rs 10 lakhs in advance and Karthik solves his family problems and informs them that he is going to Mumbai for training before leaving for US. However, he lands in Ooty and stays with his friends. There he meets Indu (Kruthi) and they fall in love but, he does not aknowledge her love. When an elderly man advises Karthik, that when lovers are ready to die for love, why does he not fight to live for love. Later, Karthik learns that Bhakta wanted his life to save his daughter suffering from heart disease, so that heart transplantation could be done. Surprisingly, the girl is none other than Indu and Karthik agrees to without hesitation. Eventually when Bhakta comes to know the truth, he donates his heart to save his daughter and also unites the lovers.
