Ram (Ram) is a quirky youngster from a well-to-do family. His father sends him Paris on a business study, but it turns out to be a trap for him. Sravanthi (Tamanna) is the daughter of the Indian ambassador (Suman) in France. Sravanthi longs for freedom as there is lot of security for her due her father’s position. She escapes from home and falls in love with Ram on the way. She later asks him to return to Hyderabad and visit Gandhi hospital to meet a doctor. The rest of the story is all about what happens when he visits hospital.
Ram has done terrific work, so is Tamanna. Ram is fabulous with his movements for his introduction song. Rishi plays villain and writer Kona Venkat plays a small-time don. Anu Hassan did a crucial role.

Ram immediately pulls over and rushes to stop her from jumping into the river, or so he thinks. But even before they manage to strike up a conversation his car falls into the river and he gets whisked away by a gang of henchmen, working for his father`s friend. Why? Well that`s a long story.
