CHAL MERE BHAI tells the story of two brothers, Vicky (Sanjay Dutt) and Prem (Salman Khan), who fall in love with the same girl, Sapna (Karisma Kapoor). Vicky heads the business empire and is a committed and responsible man, while Prem is a happy-go-lucky youngster, who is inclined towards acting. Enters Sapna and Prem falls for her charms. Later Vicky too falls in love with her and the family decides to get them married. Vicky is unaware that Prem and Sapna are in love with each other, but when truth dawns upon him, he takes upon himself to get the lovers united.
