Movie Info

Kota, a group IV employee in a court, wants his son Saikumar to become a good lawyer and redress the wrongs done to the underprivileged sections of the society legally, that is. But our hero, throwing caution to the winds, throws a spanner in the illegal activities of Rami Reddy, the kingpin of the parallel government. As a sane person that is what you can make out from the way the film unfolds. After that the director seems to have lost all direction. And as we try to figure out what is happening, Saikumar kills Rami Reddys brother as the latter rapes his sister. And we think that the hero would argue his own case in the courts. But he is sent to jail where he rests in peace and lets us see the mindless movie in equal peace. But not for long. Like all other action films, this film too has a Chief Minister an honest, dedicated and sincere guy who works for 18 hours. And then there is the scheming Home Minister who wants to dethrone him. But unlike a democracy, he doesnt approach the Governor with his MLAs but conspires with Rami Reddy, obviously to eliminate him. By the time we reach the climax, our hero, like Rambo, is sent from the jail to rescue the Chief Minister. And inevitably a whole lot of fight sequences follow. The less said about any aspect of the movie the better. The biggest drawback is that there is no heroine worth mentioning in the film. The only girl who could be called the heroine, that is if you are insistent on identifying one, is the Gemini anchor Manya. Manya just happens to be Saikumars classmate and nothing else, and as an anchor, she shoots some miniscule programme where she encounters Saikumar. Phew! It's such a stupid film that you cant sit throughout the movie even if it's only to kill time.
