Jaya Prada is an arrogant daughter of a rich father. Sobhan Babu and Chiranjeevi are brothers and sons of the clerk who worked under Jayaprada's father when alive. One fine day Chiranjeevi proposes to Jaya prada. Out of arrogance she denies and warns his mother. Knowing this, Shoban Babu teaches her a lesson. As the time passes by Jayaprada looses all their wealth and her father gets hospitalised. At this juncture Sobhan babu helps their family and as a gratitude she develops love towards him.
