Chakri (JD Chakravarthy) and Bose (Chinna) are two unemployed friends who get frustrated with their life and decide to kidnap their wealthy neighbor Vijaya (Jayasudha). They find out that Jayasudha's husband Subba Rao (Paresh Rawal) wants to kill her for the property. So, JD Chakravarthy and Chinna join hands with Paresh Rawal. Will they really kill Jayasudha? or Will the turn of events change their hearts to rescue her from Paresh Rawal's plans.
