Manohara movie revolves around the youth Sundar who comes to india after his graduation. He lives with his passionate brother, his wife and niece. He meets a pretty looking girl, Anandhi and falls for her. But with the sudden death of his brother, the story takes a turn. Sundar's sister-in-law falls in love with Sundar and tries to break the relationship between Sundar and Anandhi.
