Kishan (Ritesh Deshmukh) and Arjun (Shreyas Talpade) are friends with aspirations but have different ways to achieve them. While Arjun is a mechanic and believes in earning honestly, Kishan will try out any trick to make quick bucks. A pair of shoes filled with diamonds land Kishan as Arjun's aunt in Satyabol Shastri's (Anupam Kher) house who lives with his daughter Shivani (Riya Sen). On the other hand, Riya and Arjun are romantically involved but Satyabol wants her to marry Sarju Banaraswale's son instead. And it is Sarju who gifts the shoe to Shivani. This leads to a host of people to descend in the neighbourhood in various pursuits. What do these people want? Will Kishan manage to get his hands on the diamonds?
