Nani, who is the male lead in Rajamouli's "Eega", wishes all the best to his director on the occasion of commencement of 'Baahubali'. Let us remind our readers that 'Baahubali' shooting was announced to start from today(6th July) and it has started in Kurnool. Nani also remebered what was they were thinking about the prospects of 'Eega' on this same day last year. Nani tweets "July 6th .. Same day ..same time.. Last year ..we all assembled at bramarambha to see the first day first show of eega with the audience" and continued "We all believed that the film will be a super hit .. But what followed was not just success". He then wishes all the best for 'Baahubali' team by tweeting "Thank you captain .. My best wishes to Baahubali team .. Shoot starts today .. Go conquer again :)"

Finally, 'Baahubali' shooting is started today as per recent announcement of S.S.Rajamouli. The shooting is formally started in Rock Gardens in Kurnool. The movie may be shot there till Tuesday. The movie has been in the pre-production for many months now and the shooting was supposed to be started in this summer but its been delayed till now. Recently, S.S.Rajamouli, took the twitter platform to clear his stand on many rumours about the movie. He said that the movie is not being shot with either with IMAX technology or in 3D as he says the former is costly and later(3D cameras) is cumbersome to use. But it will be shot using a digital technology Arri Alexa XT. He also said that 'Baahubali' will be the first movie, that he will be directing using completely digital cameras. Speaking on rumor that a Rs.10 crore worth set is erected for a three day shoot, Rajamouli said the producer Shobu Yarlagadda will be spending lavishly but not foolishly enough to spend Rs.10 crores for a set that will be used for just three days. The movie will be shot simultaneously in Telugu & Tamil and will be released in Hindi, Malayalam and in many foreign languages. The first schedule is announced to be shot for one week. Shobu Yarlagadda of Arka Media works will be producing this movie, which features Prabhas, Rana & Anushkha Shetty playing the lead roles in the movie. The lead cast has been getting training in the ancient Indian arts of war(fights) like sword fight.

Few weeks back, we have reported that Kamal Haasan was in talks to team up with Lingusamy for a new project which is to be produced by Lingusamy and directed by Kamal Haasan himself along with playing the male lead role. But according to the latest reports, Kamal Haasan only work in this project as an actor and the movie will be directed by Ramesh Aravind and produced by Lingusamy. According to the latest tweets of Taran Adarsh(Bollywoodhungama.com), it's officially confirmed now. He tweets, "It's official now!. As an actor, Kamal Haasan's next film will be produced by Linguswamy and directed by Ramesh Aravind". There were also reports that Kamal Haasan will be pairing up with Kajal Agarwal but this is yet to be confirmed.Kamal Haasan is presently busy in wrapping up 'Vishwaroopam - 2'. As we reported couple of days back, the shooting of Allu Arjun's upcoming project 'Race Gurram' is being done in Geneva and according to the latest reports it appears to be the schedule has been completed. The schedule was apparantly planned to shot a song on the lead pair. And despite Shruthi Haasan was down with flu, she continued with the shooting. And in her latest tweet, she says "Can't wait to get back home :)". The movie is being directed by Surrender Reddy and jointly produced by Nallamalupu Bujji and Dr. Venkateshwara Rao. Vakkantham Vamsi has provided the script to this movie. Shruthi Haasan has also said that she had a great time during the shooting, "Massive snow fight with bunny on our switzerland shoot team bunny scores one time for revenge!!!!!". The movie is gearing up for a release in the later part of this year.

Charmi Kaur, who is been doing either special songs appearances or female oriented movies in the recent past, continuing in the same path by accepting another female oriented movie named 'Pratighatana'. The movie will be directed by Thammareddy Bharadwaj. And the movie is reported to be made on the backdrop of politics, in which Charmi will be playing a journalist role. She confirmed that she has signed for this future project on her twitter by tweeting "Friends...This news about my new film 'Pratighatana' is true .. Thanks times n shashi !!". Speaking about the movie, she said that "I was very excited after listening to the script. I'm confident that my character will be appreciated by all. The story's backdrop is similar to the scenario currently prevailing in politics, but it is free from controversies. It is sure to be a complete entertainer."
The movie is expected to be roll on from the middle of July. Another movie of her, 'Prema Oka Maikam', which also happens to be a female oriented movie, is all set to be released soon.

S.S.Rajamouli's 'Eega' continues to have good run and still getting rewards & awards for itself along with the cast & crew that worked in the moive. As the list of nominees, under Telugu language(section), for the 60th Film Fare Awards is out, 'Eega' has once again able to feature in several categories, it is nominated for 'Best Movie', 'Best Director', 'Best Supporting Actor'(Sudeep) and 'Best Actress' categories. Samantha is nominated for the 'Best Actress' category for 'Eega' as well as for 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' Tamil movie. And she said she is happy to be nominated under 'Best Actress' category both in Telugu & Tamil. "Happy.... Nominated for eega in Telugu and neethane en ponvasantham in Tamil... Hope I continue to get to be a part of some awesome films", she tweeted and she is also said "Positive....strong... Happy...". As we have reported couple of days ago that, the team of Allu Arjun's "Race Gurram" is in Geneva for Shooting of the movie and according to the latest news the female lead of the movie, Shruthi Haasan, is down with flu. But she is still continuing with the shooting by taking some antibiotics. This news is conveyed by Shruthi Haasan herself through her recent tweets. "in switzerland with the epic flu let me say I'm half expecting to see a unicorn with the antibiotic haze blerrrgh", she tweeted.

As it is already known that 'Manchu' family multi-starrer is currently being shot in Pattaya, Bangkok. Inspite of the small mishap, in which Mohan Babu & Mrs. Mohan Babu were sustained some minor injuries, the shooting schedule is continued and the entire seems to be enjoying their time in Bangkok. In a recent tweets of her she said after six months her hair got it's natural colour, apparantly she had to her hair style(colour) for Anjali character in 'Vanakkam Chenni' from then she has continued with same style.
