The shooting of 'Band Baaja' is being done at brisk pace. The movie features Tanish and Rupal as the lead pair and it is directed by Nagesh. The movie is being made by Sheikh Nayeem under the banner of A.S.Productions. The movie is said to be a full lenght family entertainer with a different story to the normal movies. Presently, the movie is being shot in & around of Hyderabad. On this occasion the director has told the media that he is happy to work with an experienced production team for this movie and said that they are making the movie with all the elements that would attract the present young generation. He also added that the movie will have entertainment in it's soul with songs having equal importance.

Along with the lead pair, Anand, Nagineedu, Ananth, Gundu Hanumantha Rao, Nalla Venu, Pavala Shyamala etc are some of the other cast that are playing some important roles in the movie. K.Vijay is the music director to this movie.
