Ram Charan's entry ticket to Bollywood 'Zanjeer' is nearing it's completion. The movie is a remake of Amitabh Bachchan's super hit movie, original 'Zanjeer'. The movie is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced by Apoorva Lakhia and Amit Mehra under Reliance Entertainment, Adai mehra productions and Flying turtles banners. In a recent tweet in his twitter account, Apoorva Lakhia has said that "Last four days left to shoot for #Zanjeer looking forward to finally finishing the film soon and moving onto tedious post production". The movie features Priyanka Chopra as the female lead and Sanjay Dutt in an important character. Ram Charan is to be seen in a angry & sincere police officer role, while Prakash Raj as head of oil mafia. Sanjay Dutt has quickly wrapped up his shooting and dubbing part after court sentenced him five years in Jail in 1992 Bombay blasts case. The movie has also had some controversies regarding copyrights issue and the production team trying hard to settle all the issues so that the movie will have a smooth release later this year.

In the Telugu version of the movie, titled as 'Thoofan' Srihari will be seen in Sanjay Dutt's role. Devi Sri Prasad has provided music to this movie.
