'Singam - 2', the sequel to the super hit movie 'Singam'(Telugu 'Yamudu'), is getting readied to be released in the next month. The movie is directed by Hari Gopalakrishnan, who also directed the original movie and it is being made by S.Lakshman Kumar. The movie features Surya, is currently in post-production stage. And it is already known that Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer of this movie. High on confidence, with the successive audio hits, in the form of 'Mirchi' & 'Iddarammayilatho', Devi Sri Prasad is very much sure that he will be scoring a hat-trick. A new trailer was relased couple of days back, and it has been received by the audience more than what the production team of the movie has anticipated. The trailer is reported to be viewed by 12lakh people. This is told by Devi Sri Prasad. In his latest tweet he thanked for making the trailer release a success and also told that 'Singam - 2' audio will be released on June 2nd. "Thx 4 makin SINGAM2 trailer super hit wit almost 12 lakh views!! Audio plannin 2nd June..On d bday of my Isai Deivam Maestro ILAYARAJA sir!!", he tweets. The movie will also be released worldwide in the second week of June.

Anushka Shetty and Hansika Motwani will be the female leads in the movie. The movie also features Vivek, Santhanam, Radha Ravi, Nassar, Vijay Kumar, K.Vishwanath and Manorama in some important roles. Devi Sri Prasad is providing the beats to the movie.
