The 'Akkineni' family multi-starrer movie, 'Manam', has been rolled on to the sets on Friday. The movie features all the there generations heroes from Akkineni family will be sharing the screen space in the movie. Shriya Saran and Samantha are selected to be the lead actresses in the movie. Shriya would be romancing Nagarjuna while Samantha would be pairing up with Naga Chaitanya in this movie. Vikram Kumar('Ishq' fame) will be directing this project which is being made by the Nagarjuna himself under their home production house 'Annapurna Studios'. The principal shooting which has started on Friday is reported to be finished by the month of October of this year.

As we have reported earlier, Anup Rubens grabbed this big project and he will be making the tunes for this movie. Another upcoming movie artist, Harshavardhan, who got many applauds for his work for the movie 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayindhe' is writing the dialogues for this movie as well.
