As it is reported earlier, the Melkote(Karnataka) shooting schedule of Jr.Ntr's upcoming movie "Ramayya Vastavayya" is finished. This is confirmed by both Shruthi Haasan, who was taking part of this schedule as well as the director, Harish Shankar himself. Shruthi Haasan tweeted that "Done with my shoot in mysore now off to hyderabad for work :)". And later, Harish Shankar has tweeted that "Successfully Finished Melkote Schedule, now heading towards Pollachi from Mysore.... RV shooting going on with Ace Speed ..". The movie's shooting is indeed taking place at a brisk pace and it is being prepared for the reported September release.

Samantha and Shruthi Haasan are playing the roles of lead actresses, opposite Jr.Ntr, who is reported to be playing the role of an angry stundent. The last time he was seen in a stundent role, was in his first movie 'Stundent No.1'.
