It's been continously raining since last few days in & around Hyderabad. Because of which, the shooting of 'Ramayya Vastavayya' has been interrupted for the last 3-4 days. Frustrated with the incessant rains, Samantha prays to rain god asking him to take some rest or give people some rest from these incessant rains. She said on twitter before going to 'Atharintiki Dharedi' audio release function, "The weather is brilliant and all that... But ok rain god... Give it a rest..feeling sick😭😭nd I can't apply for sick leave😭". She also thanked Harish Shankar for giving her an half-day off so that she could attend the audio release function of 'Atharintiki Dharedi'.

'Ramayya Vastavayya' shooting is presently being done in Hyderabad with interruptions because of rains. Couple of days back, Harish Shankar re-assured that the movie will definitely be released on Septembe 27th at any cost. The movie is being produced by Dil Raju while music is provided by S.S.Thaman.
