As it is reported few days back that Charmi will be playing a TV journalist role in the upcoming film of her 'Prathigatana' under the direction of Thammareddy Bharadwaj, the first glimpse of her role was revealed by Charmi herself on her twitter account. In the released pics, she is seen in the getup of a TV news reader. 'Prathigatana' is said to be inspired from real life incident and it is also said to be outcome of Director's(Thammareddy Bharadwaj) anger & frustration on continously hearing & seeing cruel acts of some men on women. Charmi's role is given a name, 'Nischala'. Atul Kulkarni will be playing an important role in the movie.

The movie is also being produced by Thammareddy Bhardwaj himself.
