It looks like the demand for South Indian actresses in Bollywood is continue to raise and as we all know there always been more than enough supply throughout history, with many of South Indian actresses want to step into Bollywood industry. But there was never been such demand for them in Bollywood as now. We’ve seen Asin, Kajol, Tamanna, Ileana making their marks in Bollywood by grabbing projects of big names like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan & Akshay Kumar. And now the latest getting ready to try her luck is Amala Paul. According to the latest reports, the Hindi remake project of ‘Tagore’(Telugu) will have Amala Paul in one of the female lead role. She is been reported to be playing the role, that Shriya Saran played in Telugu version ‘Tagore’. Earlier, the names of Ileana & Shruthi Hassan names were associated with this role. Akshay Kumar is playing the lead role in the movie.

It is also to be noted that Tollywood director, Krish, is also making his Bollywood debut with this project itself. And Asin is reported to be playing the role, that Jyothika played in ‘Tagore’.
