We already know that heroes of the three generations of 'Akkineni' family will be sharing screen space in their upcoming multi-starrer movie 'Manam'. And it is also known the movie is in the middle of its production stage. According to the latest news coming from the sources closer to this project, the 'Akkineni' trio, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Akkineni Nagarjuna & Naga Chaitanya will reprise the same releations on the screen as thier real life relationship. And it is being reported as a record of sorts in Tollywood, given the fact that it was never attempted before(Grandfather-Father-Son) and it was done only once earlier in the entire India, by Prithvi Raj Kapoor, Raj Kapoor & Randhir Kapoor in the movie 'Kal Aaj Aur Kal'.

'Manam' project is being directed by Vikram Kumar and produced by Nagarjuna himself under his own banner 'Annapurna Studios'. The movie features Shriya Saran & Samantha as the female leads opposite Nagarjuna & Naga Chaitanya respectively. Anup Rubens is composing the tunes to the movie.
