News - 'Atharintiki Dharedi' Collects Rs.50 Crores In First Week The figures of 'Atharintiki Dharedi' is growing exponentially just as the tensions in the state. Many feared that the pirate issue that the movie has face(because of which the movie has been released hastily on 27th of last month) will adversly impact the movie's collection thus impacting the producers raking them some huge losses. But it turned out to be the other way round, thanks to the support from millions of people who went to the theaters to support movie(irrespective of the face that Pawan Kalyan is their idol hero or not) and showed audience will always be there to support Film Industry in its adverse times. The sympathy added to the tremendous following of Pawan Kalyan has worked like the combination of fire & the fuel. And according to the latest finacial reports of the movie, the movie has been able to collect a whopping and unprecedented Rs.50 crores by the end of the first week of its play. In Andhra Pradesh alone the movie has collected about Rs.35 crore, with Rest Of India figures stood at a whopping Rs.5.59 crores and International figures stood at Rs.8.60 crores. And it seems that the steam is still there to rake some more crores of rupees to the producers. We salute each and every one for standing behind this project(Telugu Film Industry) in its low times.
