Nithin's 'Heart Attack', being directed & produced by Puri Jagannadh under his newly launched banner 'Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies', is in Spain for the last few days. The team of this upcoming movie are busy in shooting some action sequences, under the supervision of fight masters Ram-Lakshman in Spain. And according to some latest reports, the team is now in the city of Malaga, in Spain. The movie has already been reported as a romantic movie rather than a massy flick that one can normally expect from Puri Jagannadh. Adah Sharma will be sharing the screen space with Nithin by playing the female lead role in this movie.
