Tumma Kiran, who has worked as assistant for Sekhar Kamula in various projects of the later(Sekhar Kamula), is making his debut as director with a new movie titled 'Dil Deewana'. The movie will be produced by Raja Reddy under the banner of Sri Bhavana Films. Following the foot steps of his guru, Sekhar Kamula, the debundant director is casting new faces in the lead roles of this movie. Arjun Reddy & Rohit Reddy are playing the male lead roles while Abha Singhal & Neha Pandey are playing the female lead roles in the movie. The production team has announced that the shooting of the movie is almost completed except for two songs. Announcing this to the media, Tumma Kiran has thanked both his guru, Sekhar Kamula, and the producer Raja Reddy for giving the opportunity to make his directional debut. He also said that although the lead roles of this movie are all making their debut their on camera performances are quite mature & outstanding. He also revealed that the title 'Dil Deewana' has been finalised according to the wish of the cast. The production team is planning to release the audio of the movie in November and the movie itselt by the year end.

Naga Babu is playing an important role in the movie while the 'Jabardhast'(an ETV comedy program) team comprising Dhan Raj, Venu & Raghava will take care of the entertainment part of the movie. The music is given by R.Ram Narayan.
