As it already reported, the 'Heart Attack' project of Tollywood's lover boy, Nitin, is currently being shot in Spain. The 'Heart Attack' team has been in Europe, especially in Spain, since last one month or so. And according to the latest news a duet is being canned on the lead pair of the movie. The movie is being directed & produced by Puri Jagannadh under his newly launched banner 'Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies'. Europe, especiall Spain, has been the favourite destination to shoot his movies, in the recent past.

Adah Sharma is playing the female lead role in the movie while Saloni has been roped in to play the second female lead role. Anup Rubens is going to arrange the tunes for this movie.
