The veteran ‘Comedy King’ of Tollywood, Rajendra Prasad, has been settled to various character roles in the movies, at present. He is especially doing the ‘Father’ character of lead roles. As per the latest news, he will be seen as the father of ‘Prince’ Mahesh Babu in the upcoming project of ‘Aagadu’. Srinu Vaitla, who is known to have, Sri Hari, in his every movie was also planning to play him in this role at the beginning. But with his sudden demise that role has been offered to Rajendra Prasad. It is said that the character has been carefully scripted with Rajendra Prasad in mind. Some of the scenes are already said to be shot on him.

Mahesh Babu & Tamannah are to be seen pairing up for the first time with this movie, which is being directed by Srinu Vaitla & produced by 14 Reels Entertainment banner. S.S.Thamman is providing the music to this movie.
