Charmi Playing Prostitute in 'Prema Okka Maikam'

Charmi is playing a prostitute role in a film 'Prema Okka Maikam' directed by Chandu who directed Tenth Class & Note Book movies before. The movie is being produced by D. Venkat Suresh and K. Surya Srikanth under the banner of 'Tooring Talkies'. 'Happy Days' fame rahul &  'Premisthe' fame Saranya are playing important roles in this film. 80% of the movie's shooting is completed. Speaking to media movie's director chandu opined that 'Prostitute role has importance on silver screen from ages, many prominent actresses like Savitri, Jayaprada, Jayasudha, Sridevi, Tabu, Karina kapoor and Anuskha have played & got tremendous reception for their characters. He is confident that Charmi's character in this movie too will be at the same level as of the previous actresses as this movie is being made with taking care of every detail. He also said that this is a Musical Love Story between a writer, a prostitute & a singer. Producers said the movie shooting will be completed by end of this month.

Sonicharista, Satish, Chandra Mohan, Rao Ramesh, Pruthvi, Surekhavani, Chanti, Jakhi are some of the cast in the movie.
