The host of the most talked about talk cum gossip show  ‘Koffee with Karan’ turned 42 recently. He celebrated his birthday by throwing a small party at his residence.

Well the best part about Karan Johar is that he has great camaraderie with almost everyone in the Bollywood town and that's why celebrities like Kangana Ranaut,Amir Khan along with his wife Kiran,Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh,Bipasha along with her beau Harman Baweja, fashionista Sonam Kapoor and the young girls Parineeti and Alia Bhatt were all present in the party.  The ones who missed the party were Kareena Kapoor Khan and yesteryear actress Kajol.While they both are close to Karan we believe their schedules have kept them busy. We also didn't spot Rani Mukherjee who considered Karan as her brother!

The celebrities who had draggers drawn on the talk show seemed to be amicable in front of the cameras.

Well Karan the biggest wish we' can give you on your birthday is that you get a cast for your dream project "Shuddhi" soon!
