Recently the president of Vinugonda Pawan Kalyan Fans Association, identified as K. Srinivas, a native of Vinugonda in Guntur district and a resident of Hayathnagar, near Hyderabad was attacked by a group near the audio launch venue of the movie ‘Gopala Gopala’ at Shilpakalavedika in Madhapur.

He was attacked on throat with a sharp weapon and was rushed to Sunshine Hospitals where he is being treated. Today, Pawan Kalyan reportedly called on his fan and his family and enquired about his health, wishing him a speedy recovery. Pawan also gave Rs 50000 to the fan.He was allegedly attacked as he refused to share the passes for the event with a group, which had demanded him to give it to them.
