Filmfare in association with Ciroc, announced the inaugural Style & Glamour Awards which will be a stunning new event to honour the sartorial kings and queens of the entertainment world. The First ever Ciroc Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards will be held on February 26, 2015 at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai. Popular movie stars will be nominated in categories like Most Glamorous Star, Emerging Face of Fashion, Global Icon of the Year, Trendsetter of the Year… and so on.

For the past 60 years, Filmfare has honoured excellence in cinema. But stardom isn’t just limited to superlative acting skills. Stars have an aura, and an air of glamour associated with them. They are the foremost style icons and the fashion ambassadors of the country. What they wear becomes the trend of the fashion season.

To announce this glamorous occasion, the B-town’s stylish icon Sonam Kapoor, along with Jitesh Pillaii, Editor, Filmfare and Mr. Bhavesh Somaya, Marketing & Innovations Director, Diageo India unveiled the official awards logo marking the start of a new journey.

Commenting on the Ciroc Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards, Mr. Jitesh Pillaai said, “Thanks to movies, fashion has become more mainstream.
