According to the Kajal, not only do the audience need freshness in the movies & characters, but the actors themselves need freshness to enjoy their profession and prolong their career. She said so when she asked how she is feeling because of the success of her recent film 'Thupaki'. She said that "Success & the happiness that you get from that is not new to me, but the satisfaction that you get when you succeed in pleasing the audience in a good character is what I'm experiencing now". She added "for whatever reasons I've done same roles repeatedly when I entered into the industry first, but now I'm matured enough in selecting the characters that gives me the strength & enthusiasm to go to the sets early after I wake up in the morning. I've never thought that I can make comedy but after doing 'Special Chubbies' with Akshay Kumar in Hindi, I got to know that I too can make comedy successfully. She is busy in shooting of her upcoming movies 'Nayak', 'Bhadshah' & 'Sirocharu'.
