A recent migrant from Tollywood to Bollywood and one of the top heroin in Tollywood, Ileana has shared details about her upcoming movies & future plans of her life. After starting her journey well in Bollywood with the success of her first film 'Burfi', Ileana is now planning to cement her place in the never ending competitive bollywood world. She is doing a film under the direction of Rajkumar Santoshi, who is known for making mass masala films. Echoing same opinion on Rajkumar Santoshi, she said that she is happy to do her second film under his direction, who makes mass films successfully as she wants to prove herself as a successful commercial heroin, just as she is known in the South. She will be accompanying Shahid Kapoor as a lead actress in the movie. She also said that she will be seen in a completely different character to the one she has played in Burfi.

In a response to a question about her future plans for her personal life, she has said that "If you are asking about marriage, I've no immediate plans of getting married & settle down. I don't believe in changing rings or signing on a bond paper to get married, our life our wish, I'm not against with live-in relationship". She also replied that "It's completely my personal thing, I'll let every one know when the right time comes", to a question whether she is in love with some one or not?.
