Based on the life of spiritual leader Adi Shankaracharyulu, Global Peace Creators making a movie 'Sri Jagadguru Adi Shankara'. Prominent writer J.K.Bharavi is directing the movie. The important part of the life of Adi Shankaracharyulu was to meet Chandaluni in Kaasi. Akkineni Nagarjuna is playing the role of Chandaluni while the title role is being played by Kaushik. The scenes of Adi Shankaracharyulu Chandaluni has been shot on Nagarjuna & Kaushik. 'Dharshakendra' Raghavendra has directed those particular scenes. The director & producer of the movie have said that the way Nagarjuna has immersed himself in the role of Chandaluni is wonderful. Nagarjuna has said that he played the role of Chandaluni, which has a mass touch to it, with very interest & passion. He also applauded the Kaushik who is playing the title role.

This graphic oriented movie has many prominent stars acting in it, like Mohan Babu, Srihari, Sai Kumar, Indian Idol Sriram Chandra, Suman, Kamilini Mukherjee, Kamna Jethmalani, Meena, Roja, Rohini, Tulasi, Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani, a total of 52 prominent artists casting in this movie. Naag Srivatsa has composed the music to the movie.
