Tughlaq Durbar (2021)Singaravelan aka Singam (Vijay Sethupathi) was born during a political rally and believes that he is destined to be a politician. He tries his best to win the trust of his idol Rayappan (R Parthiban), a powerful politician. In the process, he sidelines Mangalam (Bhagavathi Perumal), who is a close aid of Rayappan. This provokes Mangalam who physically assaults Singam, leading him to have a split-personality disorder. However, Singam's eventual acts strain his relationships with his younger sister Manimekalai (Manjima Mohan), and lady love Kamatchi (Raashi Khanna).
