Raghubabu(Nagababu) is an undercover journalist. To know the details of Mafia operations in India, he joins in their group and prepares a report named ‘Shadow.’ He gives it to his brother-in-law Surya to get printed at a press. Press owner Sayaji Shinde sells it to mafia. Mafia leader (Aditya Pancholi) kills Raghuram. In this situation Raghuram’s son Rajaram (Venkatesh), wife and daughter (Madhurima) split away. After growing up, Rajaram starts killing mafia leader, his men and the police officer (Nagineedu) who helped mafia. Meanwhile, psychologist (MS Narayana) and his student Madhubala (Tapsee) meet him. On the otherside ACP (Srikant) tries to curb mafia activities and catch Shadow. When Shadow enquires about him, he gets to know that ACP is his brother-in-law.
