In this movie a industrialist daughter( Lakshmi) falls in love with a middle family guy(sobhan babu). Murali Mohan and Soban Babu are brothers and two best friends. He gets beaten by a group of rowdies when trying to rescue heroine from them. While recovering she expresses her love to him. Meanwhile murali mohan gets engaged to radha. He takes a promise from his friend to marry radha before dying on death bed due to an accident. And rest of the story tells how he faces revenge of lakshmi .
